is a 1 year old purebred GSD. He is an absolutely gorgeous , loving boy and is bounding with energy. He currently weighs approx 72lbs (long and lean) but is expected to get much bigger! Taegan has completed basic obedience class and knows many commands (including hand signals). He is extremely smart and knows many other words and toy names! He is a dog that would greatly benefit from additional obedience and by having a job. He happiest when he is "working" such as when playing fetch with his ball! Taegan also loves to take walks and play in a fenced in yard.

Taegan can be shy at first but warms up quickly once he gets to know you. He gives kisses and likes belly rubs in the evenings and after a long day of play.

Taegan must go to a home with an experienced GSD handler and to a home where someone is home regularly (working from home or part-time). He doesn’t like to be alone for long periods… he misses his human terribly! He is always at your side or at your feet. Taegan also needs to go to a somewhat quiet home without cats and without small children.

Taegan is housebroken and crate trained – however he doesn’t like to sleep in his crate at night. He is happy to curl up on his bed on the floor or even on the bed in the spare bedroom.

Taegan loves to play with other non-dominant large breed dogs. He would benefit greatly from having fur-friends to play with and to build up his confidence, but he would need to meet any resident dog

He is UTD on all of his shots, is on heartworm preventative, and is neutered. AKC Papers and all vet records will also be provided.
