I went to the dog park yesterday and I noticed that Addie wasn't putting her full weight on her right back leg.  I thought that she was slipping forward on her pad, but then I noticed that it also looked like two of her toes were "popping".  She didn't act as if she was in pain when she was walking and you can't notice it when she's doing anything other than walking.  She didn't react when I was feeling around on her foot either.

Just thought someone might have some sort of insight.

Thanks,
Haley

Tell us more about Addie, how old is she, what kind of exercise does she normally have, does she do lots of stairs etc.

Many dogs can catch themselves in an odd way and it can result in them being lame for a couple of days with no repercussions - others can limp slightly and have something severe going on, so IMO it is something that needs to be monitored for a couple of days.

The only insight I can offer is use your own judgement, keep a watchful eye on it.
If your concerned see a vet or have someone look at the dog in person.

Does she limp often or every other day, week, month....?

How old is she?

How are her hips?

Is she running in gravell...grass with sticker bugs.... (mine did this)?

Check the toenails...If they are chipped will cause them to limp. (I did this too)

Does she stay in a kennels ssometimes during the day. Mine do and she would jump up on the fence with force with her paws that made them sore. (caused limping)

Is she digging holes in the ground....(mine did) Caused limping.

I have learned so much these past 2 years.  hahahahahaha

Addie is 13 months old and she doesn't do stairs.  She hasn't walked on concrete or gravel lately and there weren't any stickers or thorns in her paws when I checked.  She does dig, quite a bit, but I didn't think that would mess with her back legs.  I'll try to get a look at her nails and see if they're chipped as well.  She doesn't stay in a kennel and I haven't gotten her hips checked yet, but she hasn't had any problems so far.   This is the first time I've ever noticed her limping.

Thanks,
Haley
