So yesterday was a beauty in NJ all the dogs had been out but Mark's dog Uruk 18 month old.
So I thought I would take him for a walk to training. He was not gonna work so it would be a nice 2 mile stroll.
In the house he is a sweet pet ....outside we were charged by some silly little pompom kept walking. he was not dragging me on our block just a nice stroll would sit for a treat and platz so others could pass. Even tried to foos for some hot dog
no problem I was like wow this is not that bad what the hell are Mark and T talking about!
WHOOOLLLLLYYY SHEEEET when we got to Main St it was like walking a mountain lion...and a very civil one at that he was going to drag me across the street to a bus stop and not to give kisses.
Obviously I quickly changed my route....and we got to training with me sucking air. Gotta get in shape
BUT what happens when these serious dogs get in the wrong hands. Of course this dog is in training I should have taken
the retired old men but not sure what I was thinkin!
When I got to training I said I have to think long and hard if I am ready and have the time to devot to a real working dog.
I commend all the folks out there with your serious dogs that devot the time, energy and proper process to get it done.
Have a great day.
Happy Tuesday!

So true, evreyone falls in the love with the soooo cute puppy and they get it home and in a few days they realise they have a new baby in the house, that can walk, has sharp teeth and talk back and play catch me if you can. Then the thought of "what was I thinking" kick in.
