I think it was a great suggestion to assist these two women in returning Bella to her breeder.
I am willing to contribute to a fund to help ship Bella back to Chris via plane or the vehicle delivery Chris is trying to set up.  This should help prevent any financial burden on Sue that would prevent her from being able to return Bella to Chris.  Sue as I'm sure you know, it is hard to sell any dogs these days due to the financial concerns from our economy.  This sounds like a win-win situation for you, you get reiembursed for Bella, you aren't out any additional money to return Bella and can spend your refund on another dog you feel would be more suited for you.  Not to mention it will eliminate any future aggravation for either of you and/or attorney's fee's etc. should this situation continue on the path it is on.
This was a Great suggestion to help resolve this situation, is anyone else willing to assist?

I could a few $$ too for Bella's shipping expenses back to Chris.

See there are several people who are willing to help you ladies resolve is situation.  Let us know if this sounds like a solution that will help you and that you are willing to accept Sue.  You can set up a flight for Bella or Chris can, which ever your prefer and we can pay the airline in full so you are not out any additional expenses.  If it is easier for you to meet up with Chris's friend to transport Bella via vehicle, you can determine the expense to drive Bella to the destination Chris set up and we can forward the estimated travel expenses to them, they will pay you upon delivery of Bella and transport her the rest of the way at no additional cost to you.
I bet there is a supervisor with AKC who would be willing to accept Bella's papers and hold them until they recieve your refund from Chris and mail it to you.  I would be happy to make a few calls to AKC and see if this can be arranged.  Please let me know if this sounds like a good resolution for you Sue.  No one want to see anyone hurt here, just a resolution to the situation and heartache you have both endured.

Chris, these were some of the others on this board that were kind enough to offer assistance and at least one other on the original thread that was removed.

Teri, could you please stay out of this? Money is not the issue here at all. I will send Chris a private email today.

I emailed Chris but didn't hear anything back yet.  Guess I deserved that for not answering her email.

Bella is doing great Her confidence has grown by leaps and bounds this past month. Her serious side is finally coming out. I can see it in her eyes. This weekend I was sitting outside and Trigger tried to pick up one of her toys. Next thing I know Bella is flying across the patio at him ready to do battle. That's a first for her. Trigger changed his mind about the toy and walked away. But I think Bella would have gone the distance. Time to pick up all the toys. She also sticks closer to me now as if she is trying to guard me and pays much closer attention to her environment. Don't know if it was the time she spent alone with me without Trigger around or just maturity (or both) but I can see her turning into a grea natural protector.
