Is anyone a member of WDA here who can tell us what the rules are for breed surveys in your organization? Specifically, such an activity could NOT be held under United Schutzhund Clubs of America rules without publicity announcing it at least 3 weeks in advance. This is, of course, true of trials, as well.
Some people allege a "favor" will be done for a particular person and that the dogs belonging to that person will be breed surveyed "privately" (to enable said dogs to be shown). i do not believe this. Supposedly, the only persons involved in said survey are to be the owner of the dogs and the judge. This supposedly is happening in the US, not Germany.
What are the WDA rules?
