Training equipment available in South Africa - Page 1

I have decided to start cycling with my boy to get him (and me!) fit. The thing is that he is incredibly strong and I was wondering if anyone could let me know if there is an equivalent to the springer harness here in S.A.

Also, I was at the provincial schutz trials a few weeks back and I saw the coolest tug (looks like a pocket-size bite sausage); I know that my boy will just platz (along with a whole lot of other stuff) if he gets that as reward. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to ask the guys about sourcing it.

I am from P.E., so not much in the way of variety (that I'm aware of, anyway) so it would be really cool if someone could give me some advice.
