All is fine with Xena and I. She's 2 years old now and maturing nicely.
Her training is doing great and she's improving with age and experience. (I'm now slowing catching her up). It's not been easy at times, but watching her now - it makes it all the hard work, blood/sweat/tears worthwhile. I've had some very good help/assistance/advice along the way, in the form of Damian O'Donnell, Colin Huskins, Ron Stanley, John Davidson, Ian Walshaw; without whom we wouldn't have come half as far as we have.
Here's some pictures of recent training, that I hope you will like. She will especially interest those GSD enthusiasts who appreciate drive, tenacity, workability and determination in their dogs. She's not a big bitch at 23" and 60lbs(27kgs), but she's very fit, lean and muscular and she has the heart of a Lion and is extremely capable.
She's the ultimate GSD bitch - in my humble (and of course biased/proud ) opinion...

looks like she is very versitle, she can do it all. might want to work on her depth of bite just a little. very nice work and she's only 2!

Not sure if there's a problem with the depth of her bite...although I'm always one for continually reviewing/assessing, so I'll have a check-look when we're training next. I don't think there's an issue..but I appreciate you mentioning it. I'm all for debate and conversation on training...not all back slapping and cheers.

These pictures, taken about the same time, perhaps show a better bite;

Most of the pictures on there are from South and West Yorkshire.
The protection pictures, where the huge guy with the ponytail is wearing the sleeve is in Manchester. That was a shit-hole !
The other locations are lovely

Nice to see a GSD going over a vertical wall nowadays
