Some of my local Sch buddies just emailed me that, sadly, Victoria Tackett has lost her battle with cancer. Heartfelt condolences to her family and her husband, respected WDA judge and training director of Houston's WDA Sch club - "Good Shepherd" - Joe Tackett. I have never met them, but heard many good things about both of them.

Again, heartfelt condolences go to the family.

God bless her soul. I'll bet there were a lot of waggy tails and old friends waiting for her at the Bridge.
I will pray for Joe.

Victora Tackett passed over to Jesus on Wednesday 3/25 the service will be Monday 3/30 at the Sterling Funeral Home on Main St. Dayton, TX and a visatation Sunday night 6-8pm.
Victoria has requested in lew of flowers please give to CBN 1-800-759-0700or CBN.com. Thank all of you for your prayers and support. -Joe Tackett

Victoiria was a lovely, compassionate woman who truly adored dogs and schutzhund and all people involved with our sport. We will cherish her memory and I will try to walk in her path of love and kindness.

Hopefully our Texas sport people will be at the visitation tomorrow. I hope to see Victoria's friends and family. She was a special person and friend to me. I consider myself a blessed person to have not only known Victoria but to have also been her friend.

One could really count oneself as a lucky person to have known this special, beautiful person. She loved her dogs so much and could extend her love to yours. I have never met anyone so selfless as this wonderful woman.

My prayers go to Joe, her wonderful husband, comapanion, partner and friend. She is such a great loss!
