in czech republic the breeders had something similar like the german zw number, to estimate the hip breeding value of dog ?

As stated before: The ZW system is a Verein für Deutsche Schäferhund (SV) system, meaning a system used in Germany. Unless a dog is registered with the SV, dogs do not receive a ZW rating. There is no similar system in any other country and the value of such s system is questionable because so many dogs are NOT included in the system.
