Hi! This is my first post to this site and I am hoping that someone on here can help.I`m looking for photographs of my GSD`s parents. His grandfather `ELAN VAN DE HERDERSKRING` is on the database, but unfortunately not  his parents `COLTHURST PROMISE`(SIRE) & `MARBERCROFT COUNTESS ZASHA`(DAM).Any help would be greatly appreciated. My dogs KC name is `MARBERCROFT ROYAL DUKE LEON`.Thankyou in advance.

Hi, i too have never posted on this site and i do not have any knowledge of the dam for your dog, however colthurst promise is the sire to my dog donicon countess leah who i have registered on the site, her mother is greybeck gimli but i have failed to find her history either. also elan van de herderskring is her granfather. I have tried to add the dam and sire for my dog but dont really know how to do it!!!, i tried to find colthurst promise on the site but to no avail, sorry i cannot help further and good luck in your search

threedogs and sez 1971.are your gsds kennel club registered.if they are yu can ring up the kennel club and buy either a 3 generation or 5 generation pedigree showing some of the dogs  ancestors.i recognise both your animals prefixes.......colthurst and greybeck.

Sez1971, The affix is spelt Graybeck, There is a female called Graybeck Grishnakh or another called Graybeck Janus one of these could be your dogs mothers siblings.

no actually a bit worried now!!! on my dogs papers, her mother is "Greybeck Gimli" not Graybeck Gimli as previously stated. Her grandparents on the mothers side are willowdale o shey (grandfather) and Ninja vom haus schmitteborn(grandmother) and her grandparents on her fathers side are elan van de herderskring(grandfather) and colthurst Lana. Should i be alarmed by the spelling inconsistency for mothers name? i have the pedigree from kennel club, can it be wrong??? help!!!
