Is it safe to do a breeding where the males mother is the females fathers sister? also in this situation the male is the females mothers half brother.

So pretty much Amos and Alfina are brother and sister, and Kako and Gabby are half siblings.

The only bad thing that happens sometimes is that recessives pop up and that pup has to be culled. As long as the dog is not a genetic disaster to begin with, you should be OK.
