I shipped a pup from Europe to me in Fl. It has been 5 months and I still have not received the registration papers from the breeder. Is this a normal time frame? What is a reasonable amount of time?

It is taking about 4-5 months for the papers from the SV on a litter. You should ask for a copy of what was submitted to the SV.
