My dear old friend Miss Sarahtwo von Ivy had to be put down on 3-2 due to cancer. I cant post her ped link from my cell phone but she is listed here if anyone would like to see her. She didnt come from super lines but i loved her and miss her so much. She developed mammary cancer about a year and a half ago and it was already spread when we found the tumors. I let her go while she was still happy but she had dropped alot of weight inside of a week and the tumors had grown substantionally in the last month. She was such a good gal and the best pardner, its still not real for me yet. Even though she died in my arms and i burried her myself. I still expect her to be around. Ive lost so many of my beloved animals but it never gets easier. I know i will see them all again but for now its very dark without them. I know most if not all the members here know this pain, thank you for letting me share. Good-bye for now, Sarah.

Karly
We know how you feel and the hurt does never go away, but remember her as she was, and it will make you feel happy again,
To keep our dogs the owner has to be strong not for themselves, but for there friends when the time comes for them, and it all to soon

In your memories of her she lives on - and is always with you. I am so very sorry, I know how hard it is to lose a beloved friend, they take a piece of us with them when they leave. And no matter how long they live, it is never long enough. Look after yourself at this sad time - a very gentle website is www.petloss.com which I've found comforting in the past.......

Karly,
I am too very sorry for your loss, we are all with you holding up your shoulders when you do not have the strength to hold your own up. Hang in there as I am having to hang in there too.
Always,
Cee

I'm so sorry for your loss. We all understand your grief. Its just a shame they don't live as long as we do. You will see her again, happy, healthy and whole, when you head to the Bridge.

Karly, I am sooo very sorry to hear of your loss :-( I understand your pain oh so well. My 11 year old Cierra just went thru major surgery to wipe out her cancer. They took all her nipples on one side and that was the 2nd surgery she had for this. I am so sorry, but know that your girl will always be around you and know that she is in a much better place running the fields and playing with the dog's that you have lost. I don't believe anyone gets over the loss of a beloved family member, we just learn to move on, but never forget them. You have my sympathy.

So difficult to make the decision that is right for them but the right thing to do. My condolences, keep her in your heart.
