They all look like they have (and have had for a while) severe conjunctivitis. They need their poor little eyes cleaned and medicated ASAP!

Most likely because they're sensitive to the wood shavings they're being kept on... especially if they were changed with the pups still present and the fine dust got into the eyes...

I am going to say eye infection, maybe the start of demodex, they need treated soon.
