WARNING $$$$$$ Extra fees - Page 1

        I recently bought from www.Fordogtrainers.com and had an extra international fee taced on,I don't like any hidden fees. The site said nothing about extra fees. I think it should be, what you say the cost is, is what should be payed and no more. Has anybody else had this happen from this bussinness???.  Who can you put your name on for good bussiness??(Dog stuff) I will not deal with people that change the deal after the fact. 

I have never known of Guy to do this,but maybe what you ordered had a Tax out on it from the State Of Yisra"el?
Guy has always been honest amd makes qulity items.

Guy is a very nice person to deal with. His products are first rate.  I believe because you are using a credit card, they the card company are the ones that are charging  the international fee for the transaction. I hope this helps. The fordog trainers did not charge the extra fee.

I buy from there all the time. The charge is as stated above, from your credit card company.  If you do not want to pay that fee, simply send them a check. He has quality equipment at good prices, and excellent customer service. Once had a rivet pop lose on a harness. Not only did he send me a rivet to replace it with, he sent the same item again in addition; at no charge. That is what you call customer service!
