Well, here are some pictures of Judge training this past weekend and one of him stacked for critiques on conformation.

Do you have a better picture? It appears the photographer is standing too close to the dog's front ( at a bit of an angle).

He looks short; try shooting at or below his level. That should help. Shooting down on a dog is never good aesthetically.

Yeah, I had to take it myself. lol lol So it's not a great picture. I'll get better ones later.

Well darlin' - there's nothing dumb about the questions you're asking. However, you'll need some better pics to make an objective judgement. As to the bitework pics, they are blurred because of the fast movement. You need a shorter shutter speed. As to the stack, it appears you took those photos "looking down" at the dog. Take a knee and get on his level. Aim the camera near his back, not the head, and I think you will get better results.

Yeah, I need better pictures of him stacked. I was just sharing the bitework pictures with everyone!

My little sister took the bitework pics, I have 135 of them and these ones aren't so good, but they re better than others. lol lol lol She doesn't use my camera often so I think that was the problem.

I think you should just get a video camera. Stacking a dog is for queers. LOL ONLY bitework photos count. Now go back to Working dog forum where you belong.
