As I follow a Wiccan path, I am considered a witch. As a true Pagan, I don't give a flip what others think about me or my beliefs, but I do find it rather offensive to make fun of them. I don't make fun of you. Extend the same courtesy please.
Also, we haven't used brooms since Volkswagen came out with the Beetle.

I would like to know if the brooms are made by Clean Sweep, Nimbus or Firebolts?   Very important if we are to play Quidditch this spring.

My reference to witches are the two legged types that have nothing good to say about people. You know the type : those women that gossip and slander and find nothing better to do other than cuss and spit and make fun of others and call them demeaning names. Do not Wiccans have wifes that are witches if you catch my meaning. As Far as your faith is concerned you do not know what you worship. However that is not the purpose of this thread. All those whinning backstabbing vulgar mouthed women  who have nothing better to do than sit at home and cause others grief and heartache by their evil post is who this is directed to.

I am sure there are Wiccans who are mean and nasty, but I find more in other religious venues - those religions that are intolerant seem to foster such aggression.
And yes, I DO know what I worship, and one of the tenets of my spiritual path is to harm none.
Why do you continue the aggression with your post?
People can only hurt you if you let them, and if you truly have nothing to worry about, let it go.
Letting it fester only hurts you.

sorry you are having a hard time with some people on the list (be they women or men) but the best way to handle this sort of stife is simply ignore them - in operant conditioning it's called "extinction".

a great saying my son shared with me recently:

"never argue with an idiot because they will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience."

imo wiser words have rarely been said - best wishes

Intolerance in worship are in direct opposition to one another. Do you not have correct and accepted ways to worship your god? Of couse you do.So a wiccan that worshipps in the wrong manner is not accepted are they? NO they are taught the correct way to worship and then they are accepted. So your claim of  tolerance is hooey.I am speaking of the cartoon type character of witches. As for what you worship I do know many truths of wicca so please we should not go there. You do not tolerate incorrect worship in your group .
