Obama promised in his speeches he would post all Bills for 5 days for a chance for the public to oppose. He didn't. But someone did. So you now have 2 days to oppose before it's on the Senate floor. Sorry for the delay.

All Republicans voted NAY except (4) (four) voted YAH  .. "Voinovich's departure left four Republican senators involved in the negotiations: Collins, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mel Martinez of Florida and Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania. Democratic leaders will need at least two or three GOP votes to pass the bill." - CNN  This Bill is almost totally supported by Democrats.

Its still the lesser of two evils in my opinion.   Thats all we ever get anyway, no suprise there.
Its good to be positive for everyones sake but the salad days are over and they ain't coming back in my lifetime.
