I sent my girl's hip and elbow x-rays to the WDA to be sent to the SV in the middle of November...maybe a little earlier.  I was just curious to see if anyone has sent theirs in recently and how long they took to come back.

I am not in any hurry since her OFA results came back fine, I am just worried that they might get lost in the mail or something :( Since I do have problems occasionally with receiving mail sometimes - especially important things it seems!

Would the results be posted on the SV database when they are complete?  I know it's only updated quarterly, but I'm not sure if they'll add new entries as they get them.

geez, was gonna say I think I remember it taking about 4 to 5 months.   sorry smartguy.

if it's any consolation I'm still waiting for their breed surveys to come back from the SV as well.  They were done the end of September....

I emailed USA about a month ago and they said they expected that batch back within about 30 days, so we shall see if they come back soon.

If you are going thru the USA you can check with Pam in their office, usually takes 10 weeks, but she can tell you the status of them. I know someone that's been waiting almost 4 months, she was told that SV has only 1 vet for hips, he's like 80 years old and retired to Argentina, need to wait till he's in town to get them done. Person I know's dog is in Germany and she told me the Germans checked with the SV and that is what they told them.

Mine typically average 3-4 months.  The one I sent in August is still not back which is not normal.  When I emailed the SV they told me back in Nov. the elbows were done but they were waiting on the hips.  Just last week I emailed again and the hips were finally done.  I would guess I will get everything back in the next month.  It does appear that currently there is a bit of a bottleneck with hips.  I spoke to Pam at the USA and she was hearing similar stuff....elbows done but waiting on hips.

I sent my dogs Hips & Elbow x-rays to the USA office for procesing to the SV the 1st week of October 08. I called the USA office last week and was told that the SV just sent them the return package information and my dogs results are with that package and should arrive in the USA office within 10 days. Well I just wanted to update everyone - I got Kessy's papers back from the WDA today!  Hips a1, elbows normal .  I wanted to enter her in the SW regional to be koerklassed, but wasn't sure I'd have her papers back in time.  At least I can do that now...although I'm not sure if the timing is going to work out.
Either way I am happy to have her papers back!

That's good and not too bad on the timing.  Still waiting for the breed surveys to come back from September.  Might be sending USCA an email shortly..
