Not much. Keep them quiet, you can give them something for the pain if it's really bad, but the best cure is time.

rest.
don't keep the dog on puppy food long.  no more than 5-6 months is what I do,  if that long.  some people give a little baby asprin if it is real bad,  but I've never had a bad case of it with my dogs.

Pay attention to the fact that it is in your lines and when looking for a breeding partner try to find one that does not have it in their lines.  Pano is one of those diseases that seems to have an additive component and seems "intensify" as more branches of the family tree bring it in.  I've seen some American lines where it got so bad that dogs would suffer severely with it for 3 to 4 years. Often this changed the dog and their temperament and personality because they hurt. Never mind the problem of trying to 'rest" a dog for so much ot it's life.

Hi, Tig thanks for the info, she is not going to be bred, what so ever, she was purchased on a non-breeding agreement.. I was going to buy a second pup from the dame's next breeding but the breeder had her spayed and adopted out.. Funny she did not say why..

When my kid suffered from growing pains (which are similar to pano in puppies) I looked in a homeopathic guide to see if there is a remedy that will give relief.  There is, calcarea phosphorica, or Cal Phos. It worked wonders on the kid, and it's harmless.

You can find it online, or at most health food stores like Nature's Outlet that have homeopathic remedies. It can't hurt.
It may not totally cure the pup, but it may reduce the severity of the discomfort.
