Bumping this thing back to the top.  Hey, Yellow Rose, Texas is featured prominently in these 2 videos.  Did you realize if your dogs are taken away on charges of "neglect", you have NO rights of appeal?

Thats wrong !!!! Garcia is a dog thief.

by Micky D on 04 February 2009 - 05:02

Yeah, Wuzzup, he's a piece of work, isn't he?  That smug expression on his face, as he tells bald faced lies, in spite of the fact a veterinarian caught him red handed lying his butt off.  The scary thing is, he's the face of the law in Texas.

I'm never going to Texas. I figured that out as a youth. 35 years latter I know It was one of the best decisions of my life. That man will tangle with the wrong Texan some day and get his. He gives the law a bad name. His face is as ugly as his soul. I hope some day he gets himself a perjury charge along with his partners in crime.

"What ever happened to the constitution of the united states of america?"

It's just astounding, isn't it?  Things like this scare me to death.  My old dog is 15, and it's really hard to keep weight on him.  I could see some overzealous "humane investigator" trying to say he's being starved.  He's given all he'll eat, sees the vet regularly, and has cancer.   After seeing those videos, I thank the Lord I don't live in Texas.  Could my old dog get my 2 young GSDs confiscated by some A/R jackboot, wanting them to sell so his pound could pocket the money?  Makes you wonder.

How else can he keep his 80 grand a year job . Yeah it's scary to think he could just come take your old dog and do as he pleases because he's willing to lie his ass off. That's a messed up thing going on down their. I can't believe no one else is outraged by that story. I have an old dog that's having a hard time with  low weight . all my other dogs are over weight, looks like either way there was no winning as he even complained some were over weight. I would have to slap him up side his head.

What can we do as dog owners, trainers and breeders do to protect ourselves from the likes of this.....?

Very frightening.

Write our government and have this kind of stuff looked into. That man uses the constitution against people not for people. If we have to weed them out one by one then thats what we need to do. We need to start with Garcia.
