What are your opinions on dew claw removal in newborn pups that will be working dogs?

I should have specified- I am wondering more about the front 'first digits' I agree rear ones should be removed. Thanks

Many of our pups go on to be working dogs, therefore we do remove all dew claws. It's much less painful then getting them caught on something later on and ripping the darn things out.
