i had a german shepard that live 17 years but had to put here down doue to hip problems

Wow! You clearly did something right to give that guy 17 good years. I'm sorry about his hips but he certainly had a long and hopefully happy life.

AWESOME!

I am sure his long life did not make it any easier for you to put him down.
And the hip issue is not an easy one to deal with but it happens to alot of us sadly :(
Did you do anything different food, raw or just good, genes care & luck?

my german shepherd lived 16 years and died during sleep peacefully; till last day had his teeth, hearing and sight and never had hip problem

all his life ate left overs and raw meat with bones, never ever a commercial dog food
