The positioning is not perfect but there appears to be decent coverage of the femoral ball by the pelvic soxket on both sides. The dog's right-hand side has less coverage than the left-hand side. If this was an older dog I would say "Fair" for the dog's right-hand side and "Good" for the left-hand side. But that could change with excellent positioning and both sides could be "Good".
At this age I would have a bit of concern about the right-hand side. If it remains this way as the puppy matures into a dog then the hips should pass the O.F.A. or S.V. examination done at the appropriate time. So, keep the puppy lean with normal exercise and I think he should pass.

This results in the right hip's being rotated further away from the the x-ray plate due to a magnification artifact. You will notice the rotation towards the left hip by the positioning of the vertebral spines.
If the hips do not change by the age of 2, the OFA will probably rate them as "good" to "excellent". The SV's HD rating should be "normal".
