I have heard that is a trait that is passed on through the females in the litter.....
so maybe that means that you don't keep a girl from that litter???......
I have not had that problem as of late,
I had that problem with a certain stud I was using years back and when I no longer used him, things were better
in that department, I think it takes two to decide on that genetic fault.
I like to keep using a stud with no quirks, so I'll repeat breedings of the same 2 dogs, I don't like surprises,
like CHD, or missing you know whats, or for that matter DD's (disappairing dinky's on female dogs)....
Those lead to urinary tract infections......

None of the dogs mentioned are mine. The Monorchids are owned by friends and clients. And the stud is owned by someone who says that this has never happend to any of his dogs..... and not only keeps using the "dud-stud" but using him on the same bitches. Makes me mad but not much I can do about it
