What is wrong with people? 155 dogs? Like anyone can care for that many animals. Pics and stories like this, should be posted at the entrance of every pet store that sells cats and dogs. This is where your puppies come from, if you buy here!

Who can sell cats I have six kittens from last year I couldn't pay any one to take. The pound was not an option.I do not even like cats.

     Is the deceiding factor, Can You Make a Buck???? DO IT IF YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE DOG AWAY! Have a HEART,SAVE A LIFE!!!

I hate to hear about any puppy mill-case where dogs are kept in crowded dirty conditions.  And I'm certain that was really the case, and the reason why the dogs were seized.  But really, the case of "mistreatment", "abuse", and "horrible conditions" would be much easier to believe if the dogs shown on the videos were not clean, looking well-groomed, and in very good weight - appeared healthy to me.  The pomeranian with the missing leg looked clean and fluffy and fat - all of the other dogs shown were clean, groomed (even the fluffy hairy dogs did not appear to be matted) - none were thin - all looked healthy.  Maybe there were some that were emaciated, cowering in the corner, bleeding or sick - if so they should have shown those instead of the fat clean healthy ones, if they wanted to make an impression on the general public who might share in their outrage about this terrible horrible abusive puppy mill!  I've definately seen much much worse.  Still sad to think of so many dogs living in such a way that they don't receive the individual attention and care they should have.

They suffer more if they are abused, mistreated or starved.  These dogs did not appear to have gone through any of that.  I'm sure that keeping them in some "converted attic" and in crowded conditions wasn't the best life in the world, and not ideal - but it appears to me from what I saw in the video, that the guy did feed them, kept them reasonably clean, groomed and the long-haired ones were not matted.  Unless they had all been groomed and bathed before the video, which is possible - but even then there were none that were even a little bit thin.  Not ideal living conditions IMO is a bit different than "mistreated, horrible, abuse, starving etc" that many puppy mill dogs have to go through before being rescued, if they are rescued at all.   Compared to many, these dogs were in pristine condition - clean, healthy and fat, most looked bright and active, not cowering and definately didn't act like they had been mistreated or abused at least physically or mentally.
