Those of you having problem posting.

Could you take a screenshot of the error and send me details of your browser.

Trying to figure out who are having problems and why....

Oli,

I was one of the people who could not post messages.

The topic line was there and could be filled in.  The tool bar was completely absent.

The message box was absent, but submit comment was there sot I tried an experiment.  I clicked on submit and it worked.  I looked at the post within the thread and clicked owner edit.  It cam up with the message box was there  but grayed and not functioning-would not accept any input.

Justcurious mentioned having the same experience and fixing the problem by re-installing Adobe Flash Player.

On my computer, I could not find the Flash Player at all (that was weird-I could swear that it used to be on my computer).  So, I went to Adobe's website and installed it, which was free.

It has worked perfectly well since then.

I don't know if I am imagining this but, the visuals on your website look really crisp, better than before, which was good, but not his good.

Thanks for the great website,

Michele

Oli- I don't know how to take a screen shot...but I keep getting error messages...."There is an error in the scripts on this page, do you want to keep running scripts from this page?"....line 33    char 1     Error 'FCKTools' is undefined        code 0     URL   http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/fckeditor/editor/dialog/fck/image.html

Each time I get this error message the line, char, code, & error are different. I have not been able to post pictures for about 2 weeks, & I've never had trouble with that before. Also the threads are sometimes jumbled looking, like the first time I sent a resume by email, before I learned about 'export' versions, LOL, computers are something I'm learning very, very slowly....about the same speed as my dial-up service! I'm not sure about my browser, I have internet explorer, but also use AOL, & occasionally Mozilla firefox. Is that what you mean? I apologize for my ignorance.

Thanks for your help & attention. This board is a very great service, I am very grateful for it, & for your time & expense; now more than ever. jackie harris

It is interesting, this is the ONLY thread that I get this message box in. All the other threads, the message box is not there.

The topic box is present, the toolbar is present. Even says message over to the left, with a submitt comment and clear at the bottom. If I click where the actual box is to type a message, nothing happens.

Interesting that this is the only thread I found the message box in.

I forgot to add, that to the right of the thread where the newest topics, newest ads, etc are located, there is now about an inch space between the thread and the column with the "newest" information.
