My laptop literally fried & died; HD, CPU, DVD, Memory, the works. Zero funds to replace it and nobody nearby who has a computer I can use, borrow, etc.. All I have is my old Treo phone... slow, tedious, short battery life. I couldn't log in here with my regular account, so I created a new one for the Treo IP address, with screen name as close as possible to my usual one, but if you have PM'd me lately, it may be months before you get a reply! Yeah... I know you can pick up a cheqp laptop for a few hundred these days, but after T's surgery, my own illnesses and injurues (read: run of crqp luck) and winter essentially dead for me biz-wise, even that isn't a possibility for the foreseeable future. Anybody want to trade a breeding to T or training for a decent laptop? LOL Planning on donating a unit to charity? :-D For now, I'm just S.O.L. Sucks. I feel like my arms have been amputated or something! Ha ha ha SS

I have a couple of older PCs, you could have one if I can reload an operating system on one of them.
These damned things become obsolete over night.
Last time I crashed I was a chatroom junky, spent my time logging on at the library until I had mine replaced.
Man that sucked.
I hope you find something, let me know.

Shelley:  Dont feel like the lone ranger:  I had a rear end collision and my truck is going into the body shop..To rent the truck , with insurance paying for it, some rude person told me today I had to put down a deposit...I told him, If you take a german shepherd for a deposit , I can leave 5 with you but I dont have any cash..My tree died that I get my money off of..
He did not think I was very funny..

I have a nearly new Laptop which i bought as a back up for my pigeon Pedigrees,
 But i find running two was to much seeing i type with one finger, I bought it from England, I
If you think it will work over in the USA you are very welcome to it. as a present from me
 If you want it i will  find out the best way to send it over.

PM's are nearly impossible to access. I do have a Vonage phone, no charge for calls overseas. Wow! That would be SO awesome! SS
