I Understand this was a "special" Police demo put on at the National... I would have loved to have seen it live!!

There's another thread here about Mr. Murphy, in which his owner,  Claudia Romard actually posted about him. He was trained all the way to Sch 3, but officially was only able to get his BH, as he had trouble with the jumps due to his small size:
