Hi all
I've been searching for more tracking resources. Ones geared more towards competition (footstep tracking). I just came across a DVD set that is by Steve White (6 DVDs, about 11 hrs of footage for $120; available on dogwise and tawzerdogvideos). Suppose to be geared towards urban tracking (VST), which is what we do alot of now that our dogs have ample experience footstepping it on veg/dirt. Yes, we continue to train footstep tracking on hard surfaces and yes, it is more difficult for the dog depending on the conditions (but it certainly isn't impossible). In general, the training is challenging, which is why I'm always looking to hear from more experienced handlers. Could anybody provide a short review of this DVD set? I just want to know how professional the instruction is and in general, is it worth the money?
thanks,
TF
