I have a black and tan 15 week old puppy..and have noticed that the tip front of his nose has changed from black to dark brown this past week..is this due to him rubbing his nose against objects? i.e dirt, cement..or does it indicate the color is changing? just wondering ..thanks in advance

if you are using a plastic food bowl, change to metal or ceramic

This could also be a "snow nose" - 'temporary' color change brought on by exposure to the cold. Sometimes it turns almost flesh colored !! but usually gets darker again when the cold is gone. Does the puppy have dark (black) toenails ?? If they are NOT BLACK,
(most of them) then you could be in for more color changes - other than the nose leather.
