In the spirit of Happy New Year and thankfulness for our wonderful German Shepherd Dogs:

This GSD was trained to do this by his owner, an injured serviceman. It happened in September, but I just saw it now in a "Best Pet Stories of 2008" review.
I thought it was great that the paramedics let the dog ride with his owner in the ambulance to the hospital!
