My GSD puts on weight so easily. I have had to cut back on his Royal Canine dry food and he is so hungry he is now forming bad habits of jumping on counters and such looking for food. Can anyone tell me what food I can add to his dry food that will help him feel full but not be too fattening? I was told Green Beans by a trainer but would like more ideas. Thank you.

Green beans, slice carrots, raw liver, raw chicken necks or wings, (*find yard chickens locally)
cottage cheese, or yogurt., boiled egg or a raw one,(,if you can get yard eggs locally.)
canned wild alaskan salmon half a can each feeding. less kibble.,
use sparingly for the first week you add all these things.

Carrot are filled with losts of great nurtients...If you dont have the money to spend on this supplement , just throw carrots in a blender bump three or four time or so and put in a container , fridge it and add evrery other day to your dog food....do not do it every day,,,and rest up a week every month...too much into a dog system is not always needed...
