When you are in the "Post a reply to" input area, look above the area where you are typing text.
On my screen I see 5 rows of "radio" buttons. There are some that you probably know already.
There are two that are a square box with a mountain and a sun. If you pass your cursor over the first one and stop without clicking on it it will say (Image button). If you pass your cursor over the second on and stip without clicking on it, it will say (Insert/edit image)
I don't know why there are two. If you click on either one, a new window box will appear that looks like what I copy pasted below. I keep my pictures in Photobucket. So, I just copy the "direct link" from photobucket and paste it in the field that says URL. If you have an image on the internet somewhere, you can right click on it and choose "copy image location" and paste that into "URL" Once you have pasted it in you will see the image in the preview box that is filled with some unkown language that is similar to Latin or is Latin (too many years ago). You can change the size by putting numbers into the width and height area. 450 is a good guess for width. That will stop the image from being too big. Then click OK You can always edit your own posts after you have posted them.
