I hate the East coast.
I am from birth, and will always be a California Girl.
I Hate it here and I wanna go home.

Then Shelly you should go home.If you know where home is an that is where you want to be ,make a plan and go home.Go for a visit first to make sure you really want to be there. Some times going back can remind you of why you left.I'm sure you will be a success no matter where you wind up..Spring will be here soon..

Shelly............you must be tired of this cold/snowy/ weather......I'm with you......we'd better pack up and head to California...or else get used to it...we have another three months of crappy weather......Chin up.......things will get better.....in the Spring...

It's 39 degrees tonight in Los Angeles. I guess it's still better than below 20!

I was born in New Jersey. I left in 1971 hung out in Texas for a bit and settled in San Francisco then Marin County.
I try to keep visits to family in the spring and fall.
I don' think I could ever live there again because of the climate. I am soooo spoiled.
PS Shelly, you could help me train my dogs if you were in Northern California.

As evidenced by my pictures...I love the snow and cold. I am originally from PA and am now in MI. If I didn't have family in PA...I would be in Alaska :) You should go where you and your family will be happy. Home is where your heart is, that is for sure!
