I am breeder of dog by name Lord Topolovnicki born on 26.01.2007, tatoo No 728396, micro chip 688010000001432.

On 12th May 2007 Amel Sefer bought this dog from me owner of kennel SAFERHOUSE and member of team German Shephard Dogs NORTH CAROLINA and good friend of Gina Valetutti.

Original dog’s pedigree is with me and i didn’t send it as i never got money for puppy that i sent.

Dog without original EXPORT PEDIGREE cant be registered and cant be used in shows and stud.

In February 2008 i was contacted by Gina Valetutti and she should send me money and in return i would give her papers but she didn’t and never hear her again.

I ask all honest BREEDERS AND OWNERS OF GSD if they know something about this dog please contact me.

Best regards

Moma

Moma,

Please check out this link I started awhile back. I paid $2000 for Lord to Beth Coats of Eichen Hugel German Shepherds. I believe she and Gina Valetutti pulled a scam on me as well as others. I was told Beth imported Lord along with his brother and 2 other puppies.  I have all the proof and receipts of the money I paid to Beth for Lord. Beth promised me registration papers for Lord, which of course I have not received them because she never had them!

$2000. INCL shipping is not a bad price at all for a good puppy. If it were me, and I really loved the dog as much as you say you do, I think I would take a chance and try to negotiate a reasonable price with Momo directly for Lord's papers (only) , then go after the US citizens who took your original purchase price in court here in the states. My thinking here is that most reputable exporters who intend to stay in the business do have an interest in preserving/maintaining their reputation, even when they have misplaced their trust in the wrong people over here. The fact that the exporter bothers to try to explain here indicates to me that they are indeed concerned about their reputation. Good sign IMO. I can also understand why the exporter would hold on to papers at least until some of their expenses have been reimbursed, whether they actually realized the sum they were promised by the person(s) they sent the dog to over here ever found its way to them or not. Its just depends on the individual... But I know if I didn't send the full amount + shipping to any of the people abroad I buy dogs from I could forget about ever getting the documents necessary to register those dogs here from the original registering organization. (read: no Bescheinigung, registration transfer banned)

Just please, if you happen to follow my suggestion and it doesn't work out, don't come after me! I have dealt with pups/youngsters arriving with DM on facial areas a couple of times (not for 15 yrs though) and had excellent success with a couple weeks of simple treatment. It never came back.

Good luck. SS

This is an excellent idea that Shelly has see if you can cut a deal directly with the breeder Moma to get the paperwork you should have got in the first place from Beth Coats.   Best of luck to both of you

I don't know any of the parties involved. This is just what I would do if I were in Lord's handler's position. What I would NOT do is bash the man who holds the papers!  Play "nice" kids. Like Grandma always said: You get more with honey than you do with vinegar."

... and if you DO come to an agreement and get your dog's papers, I think it would be nice to post news of a happy resolution here. We LIKE good news, don't we? .

Hi Shelley,

I actuallly paid $2579 total, $2000 for the dog, $125 crate, and $453.99 for shipping. It's a lot to pay for a very nice pet! I did contact Moma, Lord's breeder directily and that's how I found out about the other puppies and that he was NEVER paid a single penny for any of them.  I would never bash Moma as I feel he was taken advantage of, just like me. From his letter to me I think he wants the whole $4000, which is what he should have received for all 4 puppies, and I just don't have that kind of money.  A happy resolution would be great!

Moma

I'm sure your not feeling too good about this whole mess.  You have been unfairly critized on this forum.  But you can show all of us the kind of person you are by coming to fair resolution with MNGSDLUVR on his paperwork.  I know your out a lot of money and not to happy about it.

But MNGSDUVR bought one of your pup's in good faith from this scam artist and feels the same way you do.  It's Christmas time the holiday season an act of good faith on your part  now will come back to many times over.

There is so much negativity in the world right now an act of kindness on your part will go a long way in helping everyone restore their faith in the human spirit.   I know you will do the right thing.  I would like to extend to both of you nothing but the best of luck and a very happy holiday season.

Larry
