Hm. Did you/your sister do any research on your breeder prior to making the purchase/commitment? It pays to check someone out and check references nowadays prior to making any financial commitment to purchase something. Take the breeder's name/kennel name and Google it. See if anything else comes up. If you find even more negative, well, consider. Why doesn't your sister ask her breeder about the situation herself and see at least what the breeder has to say about it? If the breeder gets mad for even being asked, well, I would again consider that.
No, I don't know this person/kennel personally, but anyone who has something so negative out there should be closer examined I would think. There's plenty of dishonest, unethical breeders around. People typically don't find such websites like rip-off report and post an unretractable statement about a negative experience they had without some sort of cause (anything posted on that website cannot be removed-it can be added to for editing, but not taken down once the matter is resolved, so it shouldn't be used 'lightly'). I do know of some breeders on the Rip Off report, and they DO deserve to be there. But your breeder in particular, I dunno.

Yesterday this kennel put up an ad advertising a female for sale. The dog is only 2 1/2 years old and has already had 3 litters and is being sold pregnant with her 4th. That alone is enough for me to stay away from this kennel.

Don't always believe the hype though. All those reports are by one person. You can post anything you want on rip off reports and act like several different people.

Be sure to google the name to see what comes up. There are so many people out there ripping people off. I myself didn't do my homework and bought a dog (Uran vom Schmetterholz) from Sarah Fox/USIMPORTS 4 months ago. She promised he was hip x-rayed, that she would provide registration papers ( which I also paid extra for), and I paid extra for specific vet testing to be done prior to shipping. I sent her the money she asked for, it's been since July and still no papers from her, no proof of any hip x-rays nor proof she did the vet tests I paid for. She has now "fallen off the face of the earth" and won't answer my calls or e-mails. Thankfully I have all of this I have in writing, so am pursuing this legally now, but it doesn't do me any good now. Hindsight is 20/20, and I surely have learned a VALUABLE lesson, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! Good luck!

Katjo,
Thats what clayton told me its al ong story for me to explain. But your right, now a days a lot of scams are going on and you have to make sure you do your research so you don't get screwed. I have plans in the future to check out that kennel for my self since its not that far from me. He said I'm more than welcome to visit and check out what he has. 1st and for most I will have everything in writing and a third party signature for prove if anything would have to go to court :). I just don't want to ruin any ones rep. if it is true what he is saying about the false reports, you know?

Stay away, far far away. Clayton imported a dog for me that was in horrible condition and I never heard form him again. Another breeder all about money and pumping out puppies. He recomended I use Tacco Agrigento as a stud for my female and he turned out steril. Needless to say, I am still paying for that nightmare.
