Found this tooling around on YouTube. It is nice cuz it is in slow motion. Gives you the opportunity to see things you would not see full speed if you did not know to look for it.

These decoys are the best in the world, bar none. It's slo mo but these are malinios. Talk about athletic. Every time the dog is esquived, they are losing points like crazy. Every time the dog fails to engage, or comes off the bite, there go your points.
Look especially at one of the last couple of bites and you will see what these dogs go through, especially if the are not fully committed to the bite. They get smashed in the muzzle and head with the bamboo stick.
Making a dog miss, taking away their power on the entry, body posture, and getting hit in the face with a stick. That is a pretty good test of a dog IMHO

Wow that was awesome. Much more to see when it is slowed down. Those guys are brave sticking their hands right in the way when the dogs come in.

All this @ 12 months old? Guess that blows the whole Sch theory of "don't start them until they are 1 year old" huh?
The French and the Belgians are the best trainers in the world. Hands down.
If I didn't know what I was watching, I would swear there was some PSA training in there as well

I love GSDs & I love ring sport.... I have not put the 2 together yet but that day will come. I heard someone on the sidelines once say at a primarily ring seminar "oh look someone else trying to do ring with a shepherd" I wanted to go off the deep end but I'm a believer that actions speak louder then words *wink*wink*
At the Mondio worlds in Italy this year a GSD (Viktor Des Legendaires Vanova) took 2nd in MR2 and there were 3 more GSDs entered in the 3s. Vint Du Val Des Hurles Vent & Vercingetorix Du Val Des Hurles Vent & Urman S.Valentinovskogo Polya
Not trying to go so way off topic... woohoo great videos!!!!! & woohoo sheps doing ring sport!!!
