I was wondering if Ghandi's sire Ursus is still alive, and if yes, where is he and how is he doing?

You know, this question has been posted on the board a couple of times. I even sent an e-mail to the kennel where he's supposed to be living, but got no reply back (I have an Ursus grand-daughter, so I wanted to know.)
However, we assume he's still alive, as it would be front-page news if he died. No news, hopefully, is good news!
If someone who knows the full story wants to post about the owner of his kennel, who recently withdrew from the SV, and is going to close his kennel (Zwinger von Batu) please do so. I'm not sure I have the facts straight,

I have a pup who is linebred on Ursus, as I really liked Ursus. Since Ursus was first noted shown at Landsruhe in 1996 in the JKLR class, he would definitely be considered an old dog now. If he is still alive. I too would like to know, but have never been able to find out either.
