Background on a male dog with only two enlarged nipples. This dog has been tested for thyroid and is on medication. He has has some elbow granuloma flare ups. I was wondering if this nipple enlargement in just the two could just be the result of his thyroid. He is checked evey year to maintain proper levels. He also has both testicles in which I have read about undecended testicles causing problems with cancer etc...This dog is doing fine otherwise. Healthy nice coat, alert and has had this for awhile now (I just became aware of it through the owner) and was wondering if anyone else experienced this and had any other suggetions of what might be the cause. Over estrogen was a thought and skin and food allergies. ANy thoughts?

Unfortuneately the vets are blowing it off so I thought maybe someone else had experience with a dog and could put some light on the condition. The research I've done points to testicular cancer but this dog is way to healthy otherwise and had it way too long. The only thing now I can assume it has to do with the thyroid.
