undecended testicle - Page 1

My 6 and a half month old puppy GSD has only 1 testicle in his scrotum. The other one sits along the shaft of his pennis.

Should I be worried about it?
Are there still chances it will decend?
What should I do about it?

its doubtful but stranger things have happened ,Jane Steffenhagen told me she had one once  that was nine months who woke up in the middle of the night yelped and the next day its testicle was down.. I'm a firm believer in anything is possible, they do have some type injection they give sometimes but I think they have to be younger, at this point your best bet is to ''
will'' it to drop!

Has anybody had a personal experience with this?

All the ones I ever had with that condition never dropped, when I had surgery to have them removed they always said they were atypical in that it would not have been normal if it had dropped,its certainly not the worst flaw, I had one that I sold to Customs one time I had the undesended one removed when the dog was 7-8 months and left the other one,I told them to neuter the dog but they never did, After 9-11 they pulled him out of retirement and sent him to Iraq so it was probably better he had the extra testoterone over there
