SAlute!! FIRST EXCUSE MY ENGLISH!!!
My name is Cecilia Martinez from Southernwind Kennels in PR! Recently there was a post regarding some dificult situation with Moma fron Serbia, Topolovnicki Kennels. I was highly surpised with this situation, for since I have known Moma and deal with him for the last 5 years I have never ever had a issue of difficulties! He has always been very strighforward and honest to all the sales I have done for him and he has even backed off selling dogs to diferent countries when the dog didnt meet the quality standards he would feel could satisfy the customer.
On this issue that was posted regarding Moma, I want to clarify that I, Southernwind wasnt envolved, for the original deal within was completely clarified between the client and Moma, situations emerged on following deals were the client dealt DIRECTLY with Moma and as I have heard from both now ( I wasnt able to hear Moma's side of the story, for Moma was in Germany shipping some dogs and had no connection to internet) the client and Moma are issues of misunderstanding in the way both carry on business. These issues have to be clarified only by them, and I would suggest them to take the time, and get all of this settled between them.
On my side I can say the client is a good responsible person, great enthusistic of the breed and went through this deal because he wants to keep on improving in his breeding program, on the other side Moma is a very respected breeder, has been very trustworthy with the deals I have done with him, he has always been on a position to help with my situations and as a reknown breeder he has access to many great V and VA dogs were the client can choose were the breeding can be done. I KNOW THE SITUATION CAN BE SOLVED..!!
The downfall on all of this is that some people take this oportunity to create more dangerous gossip and try ito increment the situation...this shouldnt happen! Breeders know that the real art of breeding is a very difficult one! Sometimes we run into great ones others just do not meet the requirements, many times we breed with all the issues- procedures done correctly and the bitch didnt take!!! who hasnt been there??
I really hope this situation comes into a agreement..on my side I can say I wont stop dealing with Moma, I personally feel very comfortable and i do trust him, he has always been there to replay to my requests, on this specified issue, I wasnt aware of the deal at the moment the client was doing it, and so forth Moma and him have to clarify and come into agreements!!!
I really hope the situation comes into a understanding, and we do not have to keep on reading harmful posts!!

Hello respectable breeders of GSD I am sorry on my late answer on all roll-call on my name and i would like to all that are interested in something email me directly. I don’t want to argue on internet just want to tell true that happened with Jose Diaz and Rick Anton. Mr.Diaz sent me money for Inda Topolovnicka that was mated and i supposed to sent him pregnant female but she didn’t get pregnant so i offered him 3 options 1.. to send him(as gift) 2 puppies from another female 2.. to send him(as gift) one another female 8 months old 3.. to take care for Inda until next mating and to mate her and than sent her pregnant He choose to wait for next mating and to send her after that Later i put add that I am selling another female Quena Topolovnicka. Jose answered that he wants to buy her and asked me if we can count money for her instead of Inda. I told him that we can and he had wish to mate her with Nando in Germany . At that point Rick Anton take his part in negotiations and they said they are together in this. We dealed that I send female RIGHT AFTER MATING and that I don’t need to wait for pregnancy test. Quena had all tests needed before mating what my veterinary can confirm. Quena was mated with Nando on Saturday. I was with my female in Germany and regarding that it was weekend and on Monday it was holyday I only could make reservation for shipping on Thursday and to send her on Wednesday. It was to much for me and my female to spent that much time in my car so I returned home and planed to send her next time I come to Germany . Nando was very uninterested in female and he barley mate her. His owner told me that he don’t believe it will be puppies. I thought if I sent them female and she didn’t get pregnant they will not have possibility to do again same mating and no puppies too so I waited half time of pregnancy to do ultra sound to be sure she is pregnant. I could send her after 3 days from mating without pregnancy confirmed but than I doubted that she WASN’T PREGNANT. As Quena didn’t get pregnant and I already has payed mating and on rule owner has right to use it again in NEXT 6 MONTHS WITH SAME FEMALE and it was their mating dog choice I again offered few options to deal with problem 1..
