Now I don't know how things have developed in the meantime, but I had this still laying around. Let me just go ahead and post it, people interested in elaborating can write me.

The Schmetterholz-litter you were talking about was sired by Tabo vom Zellwaldrand x the mother was: Jella vom Schmetterholz, pups born 2/12/2005 (December 2nd 2005).

One can find the coordinates of the “vom Schmetterholz” kennel of Torsten and Kathrin Thiemig on the internet: http://www.schmetterholz.de/ E-mail: torsten.thiemig@schmetterholz.de They recently sold a longhair pup via internet: http://www.snautz.de/hunde/rassehunde/welpen/deutscher-schaeferhund-12970.html I tried to call them (for more information) but they were not in. They will be glad to tell you who their customers were, without a doubt will tell you who bought or wanted to broker Uran (they must have full coordinates of the individual buyers for the SV-paperwork). The LINK-list on their website will show you more or less with whom they have good relationships. Some of the people mentioned there sell GSD’s into the USA all the time.   Now Jella, the mother of the litter, was presented on their website as follows: http://www.schmetterholz.de/Jella.htm She was eventually sold to the USA, and participated in the 2006 USA Sieger Show: http://www.mittelwest.com/2006%20Sieger%20Show%20Results.htm   Today, Jella is still being presented on the website of Casa Medina K9 in Riverside, California: (so they could have had a closer relationship with the breeder in Germany, if there was no broker involved!!, and might have imported some of the youngsters as well – maybe even Uran). I suppose they are the owners of Jella, who is presented here: http://www.casamedinak9.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=12&Itemid=28 and here: http://www.casamedinak9.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=31 Looks like she even had or will have another litter, with Ian von Fidelius.   Now back to the details of the litter, consisting of: SZ 2175607 Ulk vom Schmetterholz SZ 2175608 Uran vom Schmetterholz SZ 2175609 Ulme vom Schmetterholz SZ 2175610 Urma vom Schmetterholz HD1 and SZ 2175611 Ussie vom Schmetterholz. All of them do not have progeny registered

by Jantie on 05 December 2008 - 11:12

All of them do not have progeny registered in the SV-Genetics, Urma apparently is the only x-rayed dog.   Uran was presented as a descendant from Tabo on this website: http://www.jassomalchoweraue.de/tabo-n.htm And Urma was offered for sale on the website of topgsd.de from Christine Weiss (owner of the kennel: vom Merfelder Bruch). Look here: http://www.topgsd.de/ygadultfemales.html And here for full pedigree: http://www.topgsd.de/at/Urma.html   So this person was trying to sell at least one of the littermates of Uran. One might think, she would have handled the whole litter, as one tends not to have one party sell dog A and another party sell dog B, when both are going to the USA. Coordinates of Christine Weiss: on this site: http://www.schaeferhund-welpen.de/plz6.htm Zwinger vom Merfelder Bruch: Christine Weiß D 67578 Gimbsheim, Tel. 00 49 6249 670156, Fax 00 49 6249 670197 Mobiltel. 00 49 171 8221323 I have tried to call her on the phone, she wasn’t there. I daresay her website hasn’t been updated lately. Maybe business is slow.   Anyway, hope this helps. All of the people mentioned here, are just one small step away from Uran. This world is very small, eventually these clues will lead you to Uran. Good luck!   Jantie

Cmills has Uran, the tattoo matches the copy of the pink papers she was emailed.  The PAPERWORK on the dog is what is lost.  Uran WAS supposedly 'a' stamped in Germany, but there's no record of it.

Thanks for all that information.  Cmills reads the board daily and I'm sure she'll follow up with all of it in the quest for paperwork on her dog.

ps.  Sarah Fox promised to send back $1000 that Carolyn (and I) paid to get his papers and as of today, no money has been refunded.  What a surprise

Hi Susan!

I have just spoken on the phone with Torsten from the Schmetterholz-kennel (who made the U-litter together with Ralf Wiesner from the Zellwaldrand-kennel.) He was ever so nice and will do everything he can to help us out.

Uran had left Germany before reaching the age of one year, could therefore not have been officially x-rayed. So forget the "German" A-stamp.

Torsten will send me copies of the paperwork with which one can then apply for the (new) paperwork with the SV. That shouldn't be a problem.

Hope this helps. Keep me up to date, I will do the same.

Thank you EVER so much Jantie!

Always glad to help!

Let's give Torsten some time to provide what he has. And if somebody on this board could already tell us again with whom we/you have to talk at the SV-Head Office (I forgot the name of the friendly englishspeaking lady there), you can prepare your request for paperwork.

It's a small world indeed, and if we all lend eachother a hand, crooks don't stand a chance. Remember the two ever so friendly and "gracious" ladies who wanted to “adopt” my crippled friend Indiana and give him a wonderful life? calling me a murderer on this board while I had him put to sleep to end his pain and misery? and who said they would never ever sell me a dog? (As if I would want their crap!)

(In the thread “In Memoriam” which was eventually deleted from the board – I have a copy in my posession, I wrote: ‘I can't believe this "Kerschberger-Felsenhof"-connection and the creatures behind them.’)

Turned out they are nothing but defrauders and scammers, real conartists dealing with animals, dogs and cats alike (as we found out on this board and on rip-off reports). They are so vile and deceiving, they would even make their way up to be a moderator and manipulate this board, censoring whatever did not suit their own purposes.

We must all stand together and get rid of them.

Three things are important to battle defrauders:

1. intelligence,

2. intelligence, and...

3. intelligence!

And if I can, I will provide it.

You all take care now!

Jantie
