GSD CLUB OF SCOTLAND AGM - Page 1

I understand that this AGM will take place on Sunday and hope that the officers and committee who have turned this club in to a laughing stock and done nothing to benefit the breed are big enough to all stand down and let the members decide who should take the club forward or whether in fact it should be wound up !

IF GSD CLUB OF SCOTLAND COMMITTEE ARE A LAUGHING STOCK PLEASE ELABORATE I NEED A GOOD LAUGH ARE YOU THE SAME GEORGE THAT SAID 100 ENTRYS AT THE BRITISH SIEGER WRONG AGAIN

Wouldn't it be better to wait until the AGM to see why and who caused it to be a laughing stock in your eyes Geordie or are you just listening to a 1 sided story or is this meant to stir up things ahead of the AGM that you actually know nothing about.

Oh and shuggy if you think the last Scottish two day was a joke considering the committee was very much novices,  yet the 2004 Scottish two day was even more of a joke and that was run by those that should know better.

Michael 1 This post couldn't be that much of a failure it prompted you to sign up and reply. If you think that the current officers and committee are doing a good job you need serious medical help. If they spent as much time promoting the breed as they spend on internal bickering then they might make some progress. Oh sorry  I take that back ... I forgot that for all the years these people have been in the breed combined...they have achieved S.F.A and never will. Is it true that their meeting room has a revolving door on it to accommodate all the comings and goings ?

350 views no great responce i think michael 1 is more nearer the truth than you geordie way dont you explane why you have so much anger for people doing a job and no one said thy were perfect  but thy are giving it a go if    you are so good why dont you tell the world your name and let people decide  your motives

If you feel so strongly about the current situation at the GSDCS why don't  you get a membership and get your backside along to the AGM and make your comments (negative or positive) directly to the membership. That way if you don't like what is happening then you can vote accordingly and democratically as can ALL the members. That's what I'll be doing. Alternatively you would be better off keeping it shut and suffering in SILENCE.

Haha....it prompted me about 7-8 hours after it was posted and by that time it had no replies, so yes it did fail and hasdone because it has not gone the way you hoped, you thought by posting it, it would stir up trouble which you can see it hasn't and if the GSDCS was in this so called state i'm sure you other people would have agreed with you.

Exactly how are they not promoting the breed, they hold breed shows, they held a 2 day and were the 1st club to offer junior handling back into the shows in Scotland. They're entries for the all there shows were up by 30-40 more  than any other club and this is when the show scene is meant to be declining and there memberships jumped for 9 when they took over to 45. Also you forget that if it wasn't for this committee taking over there would be no GSDCS and would have been no 2 day this year.

Maybe you should ask Mrs Young why she gave the club to them then if she thought they couldn't do the job, the reason was because she they wouldn't take any crap and do people any  favours. Do i smell sour grapes from you Geordie?......please do tell me what your claim to fame is in this breed.
