Is this an known problem?

My bitch is two weeks pregnant and fore the last 4 days she have been bleeding first clean healthy looking blood then thin fore one day.

Can I expect her to be miscarrying?

Please let me know if you have any experience about this.

are you sure she's pregnant?  If she's not pregnant, could be the remnants of her heat cycle - some dogs bleed throughout her heat.  If she is pregnant, then bleeding is not a good sign.  But, two weeks is too early to lose puppies via bleeding or any sort of discharge - they would just absorb the fetuses at this early stage.  And, if puppies are miscarried at a later date, they are also absorbed, but a brownish pussy discharge is what you would expect then.  I would be suspicious of pyometra (uterine infection).  Take her temperature, then take her to the vet.

I would take a trip to the vets just to be safe she shouldn't be bleeding but saying that one of our girls bled for 2 days and whelped 10 healthy pups no problems at all

good luck :)

I have a bitch here with 7 puppies, post mating she continued to bleed for some for 5 weeks. My vet swabbed her and found no infection but she was put on 2 weeks of antibiotics just in case, the bleeding did ease but didn't stop for 5 weeks, she went on to deliver 7 healthy pups. She sure had me worried though.

I would take her to the vet and have her checked to be sure she is OK.

She could just be finishing up her cycle, especially if this was a first time breeding.  Or maybe she didn't take from the breeding for some reason or another. It's a wait and see sort of thing in a sense.
Nothing takes the place of a professional checking. If you're truly worried, do it.
I've seen spotting 4-5wks post-breeding when a large litter was being carried, but was the only time I saw it. Ended up with 11 pups.
