plz help,,
my pupy  ( 4 month) go mad when i put him in crate ,plz advise me how i crate train my pupy!!

The INSTANT he shuts up, even if it's for two seconds, you let him out.
Next time he has to shut up for 5 seconds before he gets out.
Time after that he has to shut up for 10 seconds before he gets out.
ETC ETC ETC
Eventually he'll figure out that the shutting up is what gets him released.

I give them a pigs ear or raw bone something like that that distracts them frim their perceived imprisonment, also putting the crate in the car and driving around helps sometimes don't give them any bones or anything outside the crate only when they are in there

Make the crate a happy place, treats, feed it there, a favorite toy etc.  Have you got a small enough crate?  Make sure he has just enough room to lie down comfortably, drape a blanket over it to make it den like if it is an open walled crate.  Our girl went cujo when she was crated the first few days.  They get over it.  Make sure the pup can either hear you or see you when in the crate.

I fed my puppy in the crate and when I had to put her in there when I left home give her a special toy, treat, or bone.  The puppy will get it in a few days.  Just don't run over and let it out because it is barking or whinning let him/her out when he/she is quite and calm.

Give him a bone at first. Then a smaller bone. Then a handful of treats, then a few treats. Then no treats and praise. What others have said is good too,mix all the advice and see what works for you. He sees the crate as prison now, not his "spot". It's a somewhat gradual process. Don't ki it with the crate and make it an actual prison, accustom him to it by slowly increasing the crate time.

We fed our puppy in his crate.  When he was done eating, we'd let him out.  More and more, we'd increase the time we would let him out after eating in his crate.  When he was not eating in his crate, we put his bed back in there and his "crate toy" (only allowed to have when in his crate.)  We would leave the crate door open for him to explore on his own.  It got to the point at 10 weeks that he would wander into his "house" and lay down, chewing on his "crate toy." While he was in there, we would close the door, starting off doing it for short periods of time, and then extending it.  He would cry a little at first, but as someone else said, the minute he stopped and laid down, we let him out and praised him.

We now have an 11 months old German Shepherd whose "house" you can tap on the top O call out, "HOUSE!" and no matter what room he's in, and he'll go running into it and lay down.  We never had any crate issues by doing the above with him.

I fed all mine in the crate right from the start.  After about a week I would say "kennel" and put their food in as they followed.  Then moved on to pointing into the kennel as I said "kennel" and as soon as they went in I put their food in.  Then slowly made them wait for food longer and longer.  I have a 12 week old that will go straight in when you say "kennel" and wait a good minute or so for her food.  She now goes in on command and doesn't whine at all.

I would let them out about an hour after feeding and straight outside to the restroom saying "go potty".  Once they did their business and even during I would praise.  Now they all go rather quickly when they are told "go potty", even the 12 week old.

I also did not let them out when they cried.  Only when they were calm.  They pick up rather quickly on how to get what they want and in return get what you want.  Quite.

My older female will go right into her kennel and not come out unless she is told to when her kennel door is open.  My older male goes in when told to and won't move until told to.

You just have to make the kennel their sanctuary.  Its the most happy place for them to be and the only place that is theirs.

Good word, Sanctuary. Whenever I stub my toe on the vacuum cleaner and start dancing around and swearing, the dogs dive for their crates! Of course, they also just go there to sleep...doors are always open nowadays.
