Diaper solution for heat cycle - Page 1

Now that my male has passed on, my girl doesn't need to be crated in the house the entire time she is in heat (the only positive to losing my male). 

That being said- I am not the least bit impressed with the cloth diaper we got at (ugggg) Petsmart. I am using cloth human diapers, prefolds, pinned to the inside of the diaper cover from petsmart, but that is still not terribly desirable.

Any brilliant suggestions?

p.s. Hopefully no one is going to feel the desire to bash my having an intact bitch, but just in case - she is an inside dog who is supervised when out in our back yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, hips have been xrayed, and she is probably at least a year from being having titles/ certifications and I wouldn't breed until I have those (no seriously - I actually work my dogs!) if at all. The undies sound like a good idea.

Only underroo's, I never had any luck with thong's.

Actually if you have to use something like this undie's sound's cheap and easy to find, I don't know how long the dog would leave them alone tho.   No my dog's would only tear them off and turn them into shread's.  

Mine aren't house dog's but hey do come in and yes there are mess's to deal with.
