Is your criteria list in order of importance, because I'd hate to blow it by offering the wrong beer!

I'll take the one that tells it like it is. #1 on my list is integrity!!!! The rest fail to meet my standards. I don't care what kind of bells and whistles they have.

I have only one on my list, because she meets all the criteria listed above, and sticks to old, tried and true bloodlines.

You can't do any better than Anne Kent, and she has WONDERFUL dogs.

Van Meerhout,  Rob Dunn and Jessie Gabriel are great people to deal with and breeding some exceptional dogs.

Anne Kent also is a exceptional breeder.

I also think Nate Harves at Sport Waffen is doing a wonderful job, you could not go wrong with any of these folks.

I guess it depends on what your needs are. If you looking for someone that breeds dogs that will do well in real life, I like what Steve Simpkins www.haussimpkins.com breeds. His dogs are tough like a nail, many been placed in police departments, worked in personal protection and used by private security firms. He is honest, don't b/s and never try to sell you something that he dose not have. He is the kind of guy that will always tell you how it is, he stands behind his dogs, he worked many of them personally so he knows what they bringing to the table, and he has a lot of repeat costumers. His male Lion is constantly out producing him self. What I really like about his breeding he produces toughest bitches I ever seen in my life, his bitches bite like a shark and hit like a tanks. He will help you out even if the dog is not from his breeding if you ever need help, and will direct you to the right people if he dose not have what you looking for.

I would highly recommend Jody Potter, her kennel name is "von Sitz von der Hose".  I have a male "Boomer" from her female Anita Auto Dam who is a wonderful bitch and has produced several national level dogs and even WUSV competitors.  Here is a link to my dog's pedigree:  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/469183.html  check out the photos; you may recognize him.  He is now my Police K9.  Not a dog for a "pet" owner, but if you want a real working dog contact Jody.  She is great to deal with, honest, experienced and very up front.    As for offspring check out Anita's progeny:  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/442469.html

Definately a high end working line breeder.

Jim
