For UScA, a dog need have NO titles under an SV judge. Any title awarded by a UScA judge is accepted.

I no people in our club go to trials with SV judges to get the AD and BH cause it is legally required and I think the schh 3 also from the SV judge.

does not have to be under sv judge. my female got her bh, ad, sch 1, 2, 3 all under usca judges, along with her korung.
the dog/bitch does have to be registered with usca.
all of this info can be found on the usa website.

The info hasn't been updated....if the dog was born after January 1, 2004 in addition to passing hip score it must also have passing elbows.

Actually their website is correct. USA will issue breed surveys through their own koermeisters or SV koermeisters with hip ratings until January 2009. These surveys are only recognized by USA at USA events.
After Jan. 2009, USA will require elbows and it appears they will accept OFA elbows. If you have a USA breedsurvey with OFA elbows. It will be recognized by USA only in a USA event. If and when the SV recognizes OFA elbows the breed survey should be recognized by the WDA and the SV as long as the other requirements of each organization for breed survey are met..
