Hi all!
I registered here some time ago but have never posted. I hope I will do this right and that my pictures will show.
I am posting here mainly for a friend that has a female, spayed 2 y/o sable GSD that she is "fostering." I have met Bella once and she is a gorgeous, smart girl that needs a home that like so many GSD's needs a productive outlet for her energy. Her lines are unknown but she appears to me to be from working lines in looks and temperament.
Bella is sweet with all humans, has been around children over the age of 5 and has done well with them. She is very smart and could very well do any sort of training in the right home that has the time and dedication for her. Her foster has had her for around a month now and it has become apparent that she may have some dog aggression issues. Wether or not these are just training issues that could be worked out is not yet known. Like I said I have only met her once, at a large dog event where she appeared very social and well mannered.
Bella is at a foster home where she is in a kennel/boarding environment (her foster runs a boarding facility) where there is many other dogs and this is just not the right environment for her at this time. The foster is looking for help to find her a great home where she could have the one on one time she deserves, preferably as an only dog or at a home that has experience with GSD's that may be wiling to take on a dog that has some dog/cat aggression. This home has not been found yet in this area so that is why I am asking for your help here.
I was encouraged to come to this site by someone that mentioned that you all may have some suggestions or contacts for a dog like Bella. I really think from what I have seen and heard of her that she could make someone an awesome dog. I am not sure of the fee for Bella but I am thinking it would be minimal, as her foster just really wants to find her a wonderful home, no other agenda.
If you could help at all please PM me and I could then get you in contact with the home she is at now. Or if you know anyone looking for a dog like her or any contacts that could help.
thanks so much :)
Here is some pictures I took of Bella at a recent event

Kelso1, Your video link works... she looks pretty together, I'm sure someone will be glad to have her. Good luck!

Thanks for looking.
That is the problem right now. When I met her she was much like the video, very together. I had someone that was interested in her until it was found she was somewhat dog and cat aggressive. But now from what I hear (she is still sweet as can be and responsive and easily trainable with humans) but this "dog aggression" label has been put on her. Which has made it hard for her foster to find her a home. Like I said this could be something that simply needs to be worked on, so that is why I posted here with knowledgeable people that may love to have a dog like this and will understand her needs.
I would take her in a heartbeat on my own if I did not have 2 GSDs that are the same age as her!

I'm on the other side of the pond Kelso1, but I've "seen" the guys on here do some amazing things for rescues... I'm sure they'll come through for her too!

I sure hope so
Now, is there any way I can post her pics? I have been searching around here but have not found out how to do so...I am sure it is just something simple that I am missing!
Thanks

I've had problems trying to post pictures myself. I got round it by putting the picture on my desktop first, then going through the motions. I don't understand the URL thing, so I flap around like fish out of water lol... I'm too old to be taught new tricks!

E-mail me the pix. I will post them for you. Bella looks to be a very nicely structured working line female. If she has a lot of ball drive, contact the cops. Maybe she'll make a good dope dog.
